And Tyson's talking so honestly about being vigilant in his relationship with his mind. He strikes me, actually has has, as an honest and loving soul, even as he has had to struggle with demons I can't imagine.
Man when Mike opened that door and these 2 warriors came face to face once again..aged and much much wiser was just heartwarming and put the biggest smile on my face. Much respect to both these greats and wish them nothing but the best. These champions will talked about for many years.
Rocky roads humble you as you become older and wiser. Nobody is wiser than he who had to learn from struggle. I think this gave Frank a lot of well deserved closure.

I met Frank at his house in Essex before his first fight with Mike. He made me and my Dad a cup of tea and teacakes. He is such a nice friendly man. Brilliant day.
Mike is such a truthful soul. When Tyson stopped being a boxing monster,his career was over.He said boxing is not fun anymore. He is such a nice guy,and a great family man. He is a smart man.He is a philosopher of life,and he is in a nice place mentally.
Tyson was an executioner. None of today's heavyweights beats him. Frank Bruno looked like he really needed this meeting. At the end of the day these guys go through a lot.

I met Mike briefly at a park when he was at the height of his career. Everybody, including himself, talks about how he was this wild, out of control person but he was very personable and took time to chat for a bit with a fan when he could've been dismissive and rude. I'll never forget that. I think that's the person he really was away from all the hype and the people who always wanted something from him. I'm glad to see him now as a mellow and mature person in the video. He seems to be doing well.

It’s always good to see time heals all wounds. Hopefully this meeting was as therapeutic for Frank Bruno. Mike Tyson has definitely made amends with his demons and I believe being surrounded by his wife and children has helped him overcome life’s challenges. 🙏🏽👍🏽
I'm so glad for both of these men, where they are in their lives and I'm especially glad Frank got a chance to meet up again with Mike to talk as men and appreciate one another as men outside the competition.

not completely. someone's mistakes left a permanent scar / scratch on his psyche. it cannot be erased and forgotten. many people hurt him, hurt him, cheated him, robbed him, failed him, took advantage of him, left him. his mistakes were related to someone else's. they did matter. Mike was a man with a big heart and an open soul. quite a few people took advantage of Mike's trust, spontaneity, friendliness and attitude. it was a blow to his heart. Until the year 90, Mike fought more out of love and passion than out of frustration, nervous breakdown and rage. the 90s is a time / period of good and bad moments in Mike's career. in the fight against Bruce Seldon he was also fast, dynamic, agile, but not always he was that.
2 proud WARRIORS coming together again.... wow - this was great to see! Frank Bruno is a champion, a true gentleman, and a scholar. I remember what an amazing fighter Frank was. Not too many grown men had the balls to even think about getting in the ring not only once but twice with Tyson during that era. I respect Frank Bruno immensely and he should be PROUD of the amazing man that he is - a CHAMPION and a class act. May God Bless you Frank you are truly an inspiration to many in this life.

Odd bc tyson was so sloppy in that fight and Bruno waa fighting scared. If they had ever fought their best fight against each other during their prime it would have been tyson via KO in 5 but five awesome rounds
How frank was as good as he was is beyond me . Ive met him a few times and he is such a kind soft down to earth man . Thats not a fighter . Even tyson now you can see he has something in his eyes . Mike honestly total Teddybear .
Frank Bruno is gentle giant. I enjoyed these two legends getting together and helping each other as men. Mike has really grown as a man, he really defeated the odds in his life. I really enjoyed this so much.

Bruno was bigger and more muscular then Tyson. That being said , he looked scared going in the ring , and Frank had a suspect jaw. Tyson was Tyson came swarming in. Bruno trying to hold him off. Tyson beat so many people before they got in ring. Like Sonny Liston , he was so intimidating to Frank even as big as Bruno was. Bruno such a nice guy. Beloved in Britain. Tyson lost his aura of invincibility after the Douglas fight. Mike has been mending fences , and seems like a changed man. Love the William shatner commercials. Blessings to both. That happens to mostly all fighters when they at the top underfeated and take a lose yes they lose they Aura but to come back from the loss they needed a very great trainer that could of changed that Tyson style up alittle, not saying to change he's going foward but to mix it up alittle, with Tyson it would be kind of difficult to change up since he always be the shorter fighter and the short fighter advantages is to be in the inside and close,I just think if he would of went to body very more once he in inside then to try to head hunt more and break them down to body on inside then do he's useual like hooks and uppercuts but after he's opponent is broken down, then that could of been another element to he's style,jabs could of did alittle but vs a very tall fighter Tyson could of had a very difficult time on the jabs cause of reach and height what Lewis did was very smart hes trainer Stuart R.I.P. well whenever Tyson gets in inside Lewis would lean on him and hold to drain Tyson stamina down what he did to avoid any shots in inside cause Tyson could of ko Lewis, but Lewis had power and that great Jab and reach to keep Tyson off him, Tyson should of mostly got Lewis with body shots to keep Lewis honest and break Lewis down till Lewis arms are tired then Tyson could of went for the ko later but try not to waste no energy just take it round per round then go for last minutes, that's what a great trainer In Tyson camp could of told him or Train him for, when Tyson lost Gus that was it.

Frank Bruno ..is the alpha and omega of britain heavyweight legend ..a good toughest fighters...and very humble man.. And Mike tyson is the king of heavyweight.. greatest fighters ..no one's can be compare with is speed ,power , skills just beautyfull .....just my honestly.. opinion..if frank Bruno was in today's era in his prime I think he will knockout the top heavyweight in today's era fighters such as Antony joshua, tyson fury, Deontay wilder any other top heavyweight...he can be undisputed champ in today's era if the time were reversed to his prime time....he much better fighters then any top heavyweight in today's era..
Mike Tyson was a top fighter with great speed and power but he wasn't in my opinion the greatest by no means. He had one fighting style and when someone knew how to handle Mike by standing their ground and not backing down while not being brought into a slug fest at the same time and start backing Mike up, his fight would fell apart from frustration. He could only fight going forward which he could achieve 95% of the time. He lost when he ran into the few that took control of fight style. Buster Douglas and Holyfield are two that achieved this and stopped Tyson's advancement and Tyson fell apart with frustration, especially Holyfield! I've grown so much respect for Tyson in the last 10 years or so. I totally agree with you that Frank Bruno would knock out all of the big name champions of today. The talent level is not what it use to be!

I feel for Bruno... I was 39 yrs old and i had been a professional tree climber on n off for 20 yrs....then one day a tree top i was cutting split down the middle and it took my climbing line 55 ft in a hurry pinning me to the tree with about 1500 lbs....the friction melted my repelling knot and when the knot popped the trees shaft was loaded up and it tossed me off and down i fell....its a climbers worst helpless nightmare....anyway i spent a year down and turned 40 in a nursing home....i lost everything i loved that day...my passions, my woman, my status in the area.... climbing was life I am retired now and i am forever lost
If Tyson fought like that against Holyfield, it would have ended the same way. Mike was a monster in this fight, and seemed very distracted against Holyfield, Nothing against Holyfield!

Holyfield took everything Tyson threw at him, he had one ear hanging off and still carried on.. Frank Bruno was half a fighter during the first fight before the first bell and the second fight, he lost before the first bell had even been sounded. Come on - Bruno was good, but he was nowhere near Holyfield level! He was almost like a Heavyweight Amir Khan
Boxing is a kind of a sport that has a lot of physicality, a brutal kind of sport. Once you're inside the ring, you must give all you've got to survive and win the fight. Both sides are risking their life in order to win the battle, coz they didn't know if what will happen after the fight. They might be injured, , or even worst..dead! But in the end, after those heavy punches they give to each other, they ended up as a friend..and that's the most amazing thing to see to these people on how they overcome their anger, their frustration after they lost in the ring. But that's the way it is, it's just a part of their lives being a boxer...and a human being...I've got a teary eye watching this, and giving them more respect on what they do.
The thing most think about Tyson is he hit very hard, he did, Mike was a top all time skilled boxer as well though, watch his footwork, and defense, amazing, Frank was fantastic and top notch, but Mike existed in that era.
