I really don't think Rachel was in love with Frank. Nathan was probably right when he said Rachel was just humoring him to get drugs and money. Plus, that letter in the junkyard shack was about Jeffershit. Rachel is complex but I do love her. Personally, I think she did love Chloe and was at least in love with her at some point even if she maybe fell out of love. However, I don't think she was 100% about her relationship with Jeffershit either. My head canon is that the ghost doe is Rachel's spirit and after dying she realized that she screwed up and wanted to try and make things up to Chloe before she passed on. She gave Max a chance to save her and bring the two back together. The storm may very well had been her too wanting revenge for being killed and to set Chloe free.

@@until.davis. thank you for replying. I have heard people say the developers said the doe was indeed Rachel. Great to hear someone backing up the storm and the doe being Rachel.

exactly. People say Chloe is a cold blooded murderer but she is not. Those who say she "barely reacts" to killing a man and his dog have never seen her in her room afterwards. Her state is similar to when she finds Rachel's grave not that long after.

I have a major love/hate relationship with Frank. Along with David and Warren. Although those two are a topic for a different thread. Back to Frank, I don't him hate, I do 100% respect him. Since I played BtS first I initially did really love his character. However, he's too unhinged in LiS 1. In BtS him and Chloe have kind of big brother/little sister vibe and he's a lot more patience and laid back. Chloe owes him money in both games but in BtS he's like "pay me back whenever" in LiS 1 he's like "I want my money now, bitch!". I want to like him, I really do b/c he did save Chloe's ass three times in three days. However, he's too unhinged. I never understood why he lost that "sunny deposition" although like someone else once told me, maybe having to kill Damon hurt him more than I thought. It does seem like what they had was close to what Chloe had with Max and Rachel, minus romantic since it's clear Frank is straight.

@@chloe-stephlis6281 I hated frank in lis 1 too but it rly matters what relation ship you build with the characters but it does seem that frank and rachel were more then friends maybe he focused on his "job" and only had rachel and pompidu in his heart
