In this video I get the front end of the bike removed and the new front stem assembly fitted ready for the new forks and front wheel.

Hi mate I just wanted to congratulate you on the new project its coming along nicely 👌 also I fault id mention that if you wanted to race at the moped mayhem event on the c90 class the engine has to be a 90cc semi automatic engine and not manual the last thing I'd want is for you to get there and not be able to race... Good luck

Cheers fella, I'll have a look into that, I hadn't realised you can't use a geared bike in the C90 category! I have got a spare C90 engine, but I don't know what has been done to the bike to accommodate the one that is on - might be a bit of a spanner in the works this.🤞Thanks for the head's up👍

@@TheBoltHoleBiker you should be able to swap the old c90 engine back in with little to no hassle as the wire loom should just be plug and play, as long as you've got the c90 carburetor or one thats a similar size to make it run properly as the one that's on your bike at the moment may be a little to big

@@matt1011 I'll have to check sizes as I don't have the original one. I'll get it sorted one way or another! Hopefully!🤣🤣🤣

@@TheBoltHoleBiker Seems to be going well so far. Looking forward to seeing it with the new front end on. Do those new head bearings not need grease though .. or are they designed to be run dry?
@TheBoltHoleBiker
@TheBoltHoleBiker 3 года назад
@@MotoGoato Yes, they'll need grease, I'm just dry fitting the new front end to make sure it all fits etc. then I'm going to disassemble it, grease what needs greasing, loctite all the bolts and get everything torqued down and trued up. I probably should have mentioned that in the video!🤣

@@TheBoltHoleBiker ah yep, that makes sense and good planning - make sure it all works together before making it all messy, lol. Can't wait for the next episode 😁
