If you want to visit the Alt Stadt of Höchst, the 3x a week Farmers Market or the Justinus Church, this is the station you want. The S-1 and S-2 stop here as well as several Regional trains going to Idstein, Eppstein, Limburg, the right side of the Rhein (Rüdesheim, Eltville, Assmanshausen, etc.) and multiple bus lines.
For Italian goodies, the small market in this station is a must.
Use the RMV website to find buses and train schedules.

Having lived in Sossenheim, i know höchst very well ! We had many American soldiers in the 70s

I don't recall ever knowing about the bunker despite living there and using the train station regularly over 2+ years in the late 8os. That and the connection with the Kaiser were very interesting. I was there in late July and it looked a little more schmutzig and less maintained than I remember.

I found out about the bunker on a tour many years ago.

You do realize that Germany has very strict privacy laws. You can not film people without their consent. That being said I've been using that train station since the 70's. It's my hometown.

Yes, I do know this and that is why I never focus on anyone. When people are in a public space and walk by, it is not illegal to have them in the film. I try my best to not film any kid or peoples' faces, but when they are quickly walking by, it is fine. I am not filming just them or focusing on them. I try to be very careful of this at festivals, markets, etc. From watching other videos that people are making in German cities, they aren't being careful at all.

Not sure the truth of it or not, worked with the DoD in Frankfurt in the 80-90’s, supposedly there were massive bunkers under The former military base Mc Nair and a tunnel under the Main. The bunker was to be big enough to have stored tanks and planes, till the tunnel was damaged due to bombing and partially flooded.

I have never heard that one before. The space under the Hauptbahnhof in Frankfurt, was also set up to be a cold war bunker, but not for tanks.
