I have the Bugatti Royale Napoleon from back then at a cost of £105. paid in 4 or 5 instalments. Overpriced of course. Also the Ford Crown Victoria "Glasstop" and VW Samba. Nice things but pricey.
Did you ever see the Danbury version of the 59 Cadillac Biarritz? Persian Sand ?? I own both the FM and the DM. The DM is stunning. I own approximately 100 Franklin and Danbury Mint cars. Mostly muscle cars from mid 60's - early '70's. Have several dups of some rare cars eg....4 FM triple black 70 Cuda's 500 made. 4 DM 70 Charger R/T plum crazy (Absolutely beautiful) 5 DM '69 T.A. '71 ZR-2 Brands Hatch green 106 of 425. Too many to list. Getting to a point where some may have to go. (crippling injury and stinking lawyers).
