This is so good, practically perfect in every way :) One of the very few cases when it doesn't seem to get any better than this :) My compliments to you both!
the movement of the eyebrows occurs at exactly the right time when Erlkönig harasses the child with perversity to seduce him ("I love you, your forms please me") then, if the child resists, he grabs him violently before raping him ("if you don't want to follow me, I will take you by force"). Erlkönig is a poem about sexual assault followed by a child murder and a father that does not understand anything and does not believe his son.
Beautuful voice, wounderful singing technique, and reach expression. I like the tempo too, and the good understanding of the pianist. I know for sure this is a quite difficoult piece to play on the piano. Bravo!!!

He's doing most of the differentiation between the characters with his face, which does work. But the whole thing is ratcheted up too high, especially at the outset. He has a big splendid voice, will be an amazing Figaro or Escamillo, for exam ple, someday, but this is a lied.

great singer. but i don't like the pianist that much. I know, everyone who is able to play Schubert's Erlkönig is a great pianist. But I have seen better performances.
The piano sounded like it just wants to hide behind the singer. But that's not how romantic music works. There was no expression in it other than the already overwhelming notes Schubert wrote
