@@effortist I don’t think it’s the dehydration that’s gonna kill them. It’s the champagne giggles followed by three-way physical experimentation in the face of abject loneliness and the resulting illness that John C. Reilly contracts is the newest, most aggressive form of COVID-19. But who is the carrier? A compelling mystery. The three waffle on a new regimen of social distancing, then relaxed vigilance, then knee-jerk reactionary overcompensation, then exhaustion from the boredom of doing nothing in the quarantine, muscle atrophy becomes the number one concern for Fred, so he works out continuously and gets roided out and starts fights with the other guy and slaps unconscious Reilly for getting sick and forcing them all to wear ever better masks, put more distance between themselves, and take out their frustrations on John C Reilly’s unconscious body, matches between the toes, hand in the warm water, the works. They still don’t know who brought the virus on board, and test results have them counting hash marks made in the wall as they wait patiently for the results. As day three passes, they soon regret the decision to count away time in minutes. Who is carrying the virus? Did John bring it onboard himself? The tension gets the best of them, and finally on day four, as Fred pees into a champagne flute, lifts it to his lips, anticipates the inevitable consumption of the only liquid around, and just as he goes fir the first sip, other guy discovers a stockpile of water, locked away in the refrigerated drawers of the morgue, but there are three drawers, three crew members, but one drawer has no water, and instead what appears to be an experimental vaccine and cure fir COVID-19. The mystery builds. Fred is grimacing as his pee approaches the edge of the flute. Other guy runs in and declares that all is not lost, and that he found a huge stockpile of fresh water. Fred responds, “oh, really? Is it spring water? Or the cheap stuff? Doesn’t matter, I’ve already decided I’m gonna have to survive on my own pee. Bottoms up!” Roll end credits. Next week on episode two, Fred gets sick, dehydrated, and the constant threat of COVID-19, hashmarks covering the walls, markers running out if ink, and a mountain of red solo pee cups beginning to make the guys eyes water, other guy refuses to wash the dishes, solo cups included, and Fred declares himself too ill to do any cleaning. Fred and other guy fall asleep, both convinced they won’t wake up, and COVID-19 with take their lives in the dark of night. Reilly awakens, throws back the sheets, and walks to the kitchen. Where he finds a set of pills, sure to be the pill regimen for his survival, and throws back the pills with a quick swallow of the contents of a red solo cup.

John C Reilly is great. I always thought Fred though had a weird indie kind of humor though. Never really liked him much, though he made appearances in stuff I liked.

Not exactly; in a survival situation beer and even wine would not be ideal but would be sustainable, urine on the other hand is not and some people swear by that (although I disagree). Pure or high alcohol would be a problem but the water content would far out-way the alcohol content of low ABV beverages.
