Shot by Ted Tetzlaff, one of the men who brought b&w cinematography to its gleaming, glossy zenith in the Forties. His last work, for Hitchcock in 'Notorious', did for Ingrid Bergman what he did here for Rita. AFAIK he never filmed color.
Rita Hayworth is a beauty goddess. Amazing beautiful face...beautiful from top to bottom as well...and man can she dance. All that beauty in motion is totally amazing.
I have to say, those eyes of hers are awfully disarming. As twice over a mother of newborns, I'd wager just that look alone was like a lullaby to get em off to sleep. The same would surely be true in her delivery of a goodnight story as well ... 'And they all lived happily ever after .'
