Last day he run 50 mt after false start. He won a silver. That is impessive. Tortu and Rodgers, the other two that didn't hear the second shot and, were very tired at second attempt.

Dare I say I disagree with Carl Lewis😬 In terms of "science" (a system of analysis that allows humans to make the best determinations at the time based on the data we have), there is a most efficient template for running/sprinting, but we still have to consider athletes' unique variables: height, limb length, background, etc. That said, one person's sprinting might not look like another's, but they can be equally fast and efficient.

He means longer distance, as in your form, not purposely increasing the amortization time. That's my understanding, anyway. Happy to see anyone's thoughts on it.

Fred isn't afraid to put it on the line and he seems to show up everywhere and I enjoy watching him run. DeGrasse is one of the most inconsistent sprinters.

A slap in the face of Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce. But the American desperation to rule the sprinting game is hilarious. No, Fred or Sydney are not the top track athletes in the world. That honour goes to Shericka Jackson, Elaine Thompson-Herah and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce. Sorry, numbers don’t lie 🤷🏾‍♂️

You guys need to relax, he has had 1 good season and suddenly he is the most consistent sprinter. He wasn't even the best sprinter last year. That was jacobs, degrasse and gardiner. Kerley is yet to win an individual gold in worlds or olympics

@@nateoliver2372 man stop. Noone said he not talented. He wins when it doesn't matter. With Coleman returning and a fresh year for guys to redeem themselves he will have a hard time. I really don't like his footspeed. You can tell he lacks it and it hurt him in the Olympic final. Foot speed is one of those things. Either you have it or you don't. We will see how he develops but I really think he another frank Frederick's or even worse. Leroy burell.
