This rap I both liked and didnt. The part I didnt like can be summed up with the end of jeffersons first rap "First secretary of state, vp number 2, not to mention third president, the fuck you do?" Freddys response? "I taught myself to read and take good photos of myself" The entire thing was a battle around jefferson being racist. That said, the rap flowed really well and it was enjoyable as heck to listen to.

I'm not an American so I don't know for sure. But having read a lot of Thomas Jefferson and even Ben Franklin and having watched movies like There Will Be Blood I think the church was maybe a huge hindrance when it came to stopping the slave trade. Not an educated opinion, just a thought.

Scurvys Second Mate that’s all he talked about though. Jefferson was a highly important figure to and he was mentioning how awesome he was and making fun of Douglass. That’s part of a rap battle. Not bringing up racism and just talking about it the rest of the time.
