@@AbdullahGalal thanks for responding Abdullah. I was reading more about GCP, and apparently it doesn't allow requesting higher quotas for the free membership, or for the $300 free credits. I am not sure, if this applies to Europe only or globally to be honest with you, but that might explain the issue. I actually saw such a warning on the SAP website while I was creating the cloud account for the s/4 HANA instance, but I ignored it. Now I am using S/4 HANA 14 days free trial from the sap.com website directly, it's super easy to setup (very few steps to do) and it should do the job until I get my company access, but I was wondering if you have any experience with setting up SAP systems on AWS. As you know they offer a 12 month free account and it might be interesting for educational purposes.

Yes they take credit card details and they will charge 1 USD to confirm the card is working then they refund it Be careful, if you exceed the USD 300 free credit, Google will charge you credit card automatically

Yes you can always go to billing and see the balance you have, but be careful, always terminate the machine after 29 days

In SAP CAL you choose the region, and in GCP you have to reuqest the qouta extension for the same region

There's nothing called ECC6 module, ECC 6 is the system version, you learn a part of the system (for example Financials module)
