If you have a Fallout 76 membership and survival tent, all I do after an event when I am over encumbered due to Legendary loot, is I dump my Steamrifle ammo and or any other ammo I am carrying to reduce my weight into my ammo stash, and then I fast travel for free to the Nuka Cade where you can use the Legendary machine to exchange your loot for script, and then use the ammo station to load the ammo you dropped back. It’s totally free.
your ignorance does great things for female gamers lol, the dopey men already give ya's a hard time, don't fuel it. watch the video and see what this is about before runnin ya fkn mouth. i could have all the caps in the world, doesnt help me fast trav overweight. dumb comment.
Fast travel is my goto for when i do events and challenges, and daily quests, after that its running around to locations to gather xp on the way to where i want to go. I run a full health build with Aristocrats, so it is important that i keep 30,000 plus caps on me for the full additional damage from my weapons and DR from my armor, so i normally have about 35,000 caps at all times. Camp and tents are used when i need to off load junk and anything i want to keep. I keep a alt camp in the north west corner to access that area.
I've never been able to fast travel 7k hours in I die & spawn on team members now but only figured that out recently lol but you loose all buffs we really need an over encumbered fast travel perk card like in new vegas
I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you for how much you’ve been helping me!! ❤❤ I’m new to fo76 and your channel has helped me so much to get to grips with this game, I’m having so much fun and you’re half of the reason! Thank you so much keep it up!
Thanks for the info I thought that they had already patched the whitesprings exploit My fat ass is also constantly over encumbered so I will definitely be taking advantage of this
Already commented once, but just had to add, I've been using the free fat travel... and while it is super useful, I think the biggest downside is having to listen to that snobby greeter Handy each time. I've started trying to sneak around him and jump over the railing to the door, but he still gets me sometimes, lol. In all seriousness, thanks again for the tip.
Very Informative and well put together! You have a new subscriber> I have seen some of your videos in the past, but I really like how you put this one together and your speaking style. Thanik you.
Tip on how to fast travel when overloaded is quite useful. But the free fast travel tip is too much hustle. Earning caps is hard only when you just started.
There are too much caps already. All games need some way to despawn money or inflation would devour everything. If you drop fast travel cost you need to add fees somewhere else
I prefer fast travel tokens aka caps. Always keep at least one level-up so you can access "Level Up" on your pip-boy to rearrange your perk cards to relive overweight with weight-reducing cards, particularly under Strength.
You don't need to level up to change your perks, you can do that at any time. On PC just press T at the pip-boy screen. You need the punch card machine to change your attributes but perks can be changed whenever you want.
My problem with paying for fast travel is WHO are we paying and WHY ? Were is the INGAME reason is there a cart with a protectron pulling it ? Are we getting a train from one station to another ? No and no . Its LAZY game design .
I think it’s supposed to simulate the cost of things like food and water and ammo and such that you would be using if you traveled normally. Just as perks like “Dodgy” and “Moving Target” simulate not being hit as much by using AP to negate damage or raising your DR.
So hear me out... Jump from your location to the CLOSEST marked location in the direction of your destination. Usually costs between 2 and 7 caps. When you get there open like 3 or four containers, on average you can find about four caps per container in an area. Now you have paid for your trip, go to the next closest rinse and repeat.
Here's the funny thing. I did the raid on vault 79 and faced a glitch that's been in the game literally years. Yet you find a glitch that helps us and Devs soon fix it.. madness
Yeah, I guess that they felt that everybody had already gone past it and never got to come back to it. Only to get bitten when the influx of new players happened LOL. When I first started playing I ran into animals that didn't have running animations just outside Flatwoods. I guess nobody had been there for ages so they never noticed until I pointed it out in a video.
@@SequentialGamerFallout Just Bethesda features i guess haha. But i didn't start back on day one cause of how bad it looked. but it's in a much better state so i am enjoying it
They will never fix expeditions,it's the most broken part of the game. But it's tied to so many core aspects of the game,so im not sure how they could fix it...
i'm done after this season lol, i've come to realise beth phone it in on everything they do, and we deserve better, i think it comes down to self respect really.
Nah, I just use my shop as a way to give away items while avoiding them despawning. You can price things however you want and your prices are pretty low. If you're trying to make money from the shop they should probably be higher and you should know which ones are rare and price accordingly.
@@SequentialGamerFallout am good whit my pricing since am a pack rat. My shop is currently bulging whit bulk junk and i havent seen my regulars in a while who clean me out.
It's mostly weight saving perks and a few damage boosting ones. Nothing particularly great, but if you want to see it then I covered most of it in the video about carrying capacity - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-w7xVcgLRk1g.html
You mean traveling back to the whitespring refuge? I suspect that that will never go, because you might end up with players trapped in expeditions without a way to go back to the main map.
If I were you, I’d get a set of excavator power armor, add the calibrated shocks, and then keep it in your inventory. Whenever you hit max weight, break out the excavator and you’ve got an additional 200 carry weight. Even if you have no weight saving perks for power armor, it’s still worth the 10 carry weight.
@@SequentialGamerFallout I’m a full health PA build. I usually rock a matching set of overeaters Hellcat armor but if I should hit max weight or I’m out farming, I also keep a set of excavator with random legendaries I accumulated with calibrated shocks. Between that and the legendary perks, it’s got me at 456 carry capacity. The only thing that really ever bogs me down is when I’m lead farming or when I was picking up a bunch of mini guns from the dangerous past times event. Even without all that though, I still think the typical player would benefit from a matching set of excavator pa for when they find themselves overencumbered.
I like paying to fast travel because I make caps too easy, and I would rather give them to Todd Howard since most of you don't sell cool stuff in your vendor like I do. I never use the perk to lower the cost.
