What if you get to your clearance limit and you’re early, but there’s no published holds. Are you holding over your IAF until your ETA?

Lets say, you lost comms at your 3000 with an expected of 6000, but further down the route another MEA is 10K, should you climb to 10K?

Yes you fly the highest of the MEA Expected or assigned altitude
