Cool vdo. I missed the tours (too late). Tried a self tour to the DMZ, but the last train only ran twice a day 😅. Still was a cool time riding around Seoul...best sitting in the airport!!
how long was the tour? was it really a 5hr tour? thank you.. hopefully you'll notice my comment even if you've posted your video more than a year ago 😊
This is so helpful! I'm curious about something, is the layover tour ended and you're back on the airport on time? I'm worried because i only have 1 hour and 20 minutes spare from when the tour ended to my connecting flight. Do you think my timeline's doable? I noticed that the immigration check is fairly quick in ICN.
I miss Korea I was ther 2019 for 2 weeks right before COVID started and made it back home safe if it was couple of months later we would've been stuck😳😮💨👍🤙👊🇺🇸🇰🇷
Hi, are able to book this tour if you didn’t buy your plane tickets from the Korean Air website? Sometimes buying tickets on other sites are cheaper so I just wanted to know. Thanks!
I have question, we will landed at Incheon at 5pm and my next flight is 3pm the next day, do you think is that possible if I can get local tour before our next flight, thks
I will land in T1 but the transit tour (same as yours) is all booked. So i booked the tour in T2 instead. But in your video, the bus from T2 picks up passengers in T1. So do i have to go to T2 or can i just stay at T1 and wait for the bus to pick me up?
Hmmm that's a great question. I'm not sure if the tours have changed since my visit. I would check with the transit tour desk upon arrival in case you have to run to T2
I will have a 14-hr layover at Incheon Term 2 soon and planning to take this 5-hr tour. Did you say you paid $11? I thought the tour was free. Did you have to pay for the hold luggage? Thanks for the video. It's very informative.
Thanks for watching! It is $10 per person for the 5 hour tradition tour! (You can check out the Incheon airport website for a list of all the tours, prices, and reservations). I paid $11 because I used a credit card so there was a service fee. It covered the cost of lunch. The other tours are completely free. If you're transferring with the same carrier, your checked luggage should automatically transfer. You can bring your carry-ons with you on the bus, but the staff let me leave it with them in the terminal for free. Try to catch a few yours if you are able to!
I’m from Upstate NY and will have long layover there in May. Do you need visa to do the tour? If I do. Can I get it as soon as I land in airport or I’ll need to get E-visa
Hi I know it’s been years already but we’re going home to the Philippines next year, where can we book fro the tour? Do you have the link for the online booking?
Hi there, may I know did you choose arrivals or transfer to find the tour desk, and also will they guide you out through immigration and customs. Thank you
You will see the transfer desk toward both the transfer and arrivals area. Once they confirm your booking, you will have to navigate customs and immigration on your own before arriving at the main desk in the terminal area.
@@inmengl_1544 when you disembark the aircraft you will proceed down the hall where you will see the green transit area. The first desk is there and they will tell you where customs and immigration is.
Tours are arranged at the transit tour desks but they are currently suspended due to COVID-19 restrictions. Information is on the Incheon airport website: www.airport.kr/ap_cnt/en/trn/tour/trtour/trtour.do
ohh thank you! i should have read the other comments below. hahaha this is really helpful! i’m planning to book a free tour too during my long layover. 🙂
This is so cool. I was looking at 9 hour transit tickets. Now, I think I'll get the ticket with 11 hour transit so that I can take the tour and then take a nap at transit hotel for an hour or two.
Wow looks so beautiful! Thanks for sharing! I'm going on one too this summer! If you don't mind me asking did you guys come back to the airport exactly when they said the tour would be over? Because I'm cutting it pretty close with only an hour before my flight departs before I come back from the tour.
Thanks for watching! The tour was scheduled to end at 3 pm. I arrived back at the terminal 2 at 2:45 pm. I had to grab my bag, return the pocket wifi, and go through security and immigration. I was back in the terminal a little after 3 pm.
In order to join the tour, you must leave the airport and enter the country so it is likely that you will have to apply for K-ETA. I would check with the Canadian embassy.
