That is not my understanding - you own the copyright on the output and the terms and conditions say that you can't charge money to view the photos in a photo album. Putting a picture on a t-shirt is transformative because the medium is different. But to each their own, obviously this is not legal advice!

I just noticed that the Terms of Use appear to deny commercial use. Unless I'm missreading. Any thoughts?

My understanding is that they are saying that you can't charge money to access the photos on the photo album. They do say that you retain the copyright (which is normal), which effectively is saying that you can do whatever you want with your copyrighted material (the output of the tools).

So to clarify- if I create a pencil effect sketch using photofunia with my own original image, I am free to edit that resulting image and I am free to use the final image commercially? 😮 Thank you for sharing by the way - your RU-vid channel is my favourite!

What @CraftyStax @ZenWatercooler said. I read the TOS and the only references to rights are the two he mentions in your reply. While not an outright statement of commercial rights, the rights would be implied from what is and is not said. *But to be clear, I am not a lawyer.*
