We're back in one of our favourite places, Cagayan de Oro! This time our beautiful friends Joey, April, Maui and Repa take us on a day trip where they (and us?) FREEDIVE and celebrate the opening of the multi-purpose facility. Such an awesome day, thanks guys!!!
A BIG HELLO TO ALL OF OUR NEW SUBSCRIBERS! (and a special shout out to everyone that has been watching for a while 😊). We are currently filming our third series in the Philippines and can't wait to share more. In the meantime we still have some videos left from our earlier trips. Oh, Shannon and Emma, you were in Cagayan de Oro, my home city. April was my office mate before I retired last January 18. Hope you had a pleasant stay in the city.

We were and have been back since, but our vlogs are very behind!!! We didn’t know you knew April! You will see a few more vlogs of us there over the next few months… but we’ve already filmed them and we are only there for a quick stop. We are hoping to go back next year and stay for longer. Our CdO friends are awesome 😊

Jealous! We’ll be there for Christmas!!! We’ve stayed at Pacifico Boutique hotel, it’s nice! Looks nice there in the ocean! Have fun!🎉🎉🎉

If you get to Bohol they doing it napaling reef close to shore but deep , thinking of doing it or learn Scuba diving

@travelwithxavier it’s on our bucket list for sure. It’s was a bit scary though, that feeling of not having enough breath to get back up to the surface!

Sorry if I missed it in the part of the video. But how deep did you guys go for the dive? Amazing!

Thanks! We both made 5 metres, then Emma kept trying and we’re told she got to 7!!! It didn’t feel that deep as we were concentrating more on learning the ‘equalising’ of the ears and then not panicking to be able to come up slow instead of looking up and rushing back to the surface immediately. Very hard to ignore instinct there!
