This talk on depression and fear, is the most authentic, inspiring and powerful I personally have heard of many,. Wow! It should be heard at least once a week, to be reminded of why we are so screwed up and Ven. Robina Courtin shows how to change our perception and be happier.

Today I was feeling at my lowest low, felt completely helpless and this teaching has reminded me, yet again, of the reality that is deeper than my ego-based delusions, and given me hope.
