monkeys plus coffe grinder has always been one of my favorite moves, now the thing is that i never saw them as two moves but as one. My point is that you could break any move down into bits and than make new moves out of them. It's like spelling words with letters, the possibilities are nearly endless!
My biggest fear is falling so i decided parkour would be such a great hobby to pick up and when i do what you guys say i can jump 15ft. and I'm not even scared at all. Thank you guys so much!
Very cool! Thanks for sharing accessible training ideas that build strength and flow, don't need specific spots or equipment, and are still fun and awesome!
Thank you very much ive been watching your videos for awhile and have been doing parkour for a little bit in a big guys so i feel like i look clunky doing it i really need to work on my flow
thank you for your videos! im not doing parkour yet or freerunning, im trying to lose some body weight and gain more muscles first, but your videos are so helpful!
Regarding the question by a viewer about training in the country, check out Assassin's Creed 3 as much of that game is parkour in a country setting. The question I have, however, is what other indoor training can be done during bad and unsafe weather? I live in Maine and winter can be extremely rough in terms of training.
Dear Johnathan and Thomas Tapp, Can you learn me how to do a front hand spring?? Now,I can do the kip up very well because of your tutorial... I'm your big fan.... Thank you so much for all of your perfect parkour tutorial videos...
I love the content and I'm a big Tapp brothers fan but you guys really need to up your production game. The camera was moving the whole time and it made this video really hard to watch. Thanks
+Philna Malagad That is for youtubers who make a living showing their face on youtube purely for entertainment. Where they are sharing personal experiences and having audience connecting with them. The Tappbrothers are not that. They are teaching lessons, teaching a new flow of life, and are not directly connecting with the audience to make money.
Awesome, Yes We've been to both Tempest Academy's and they are the most epic places for parkour and freerunning training! Great environment for beginners and advanced trainers. The people who work and train there are super cool as well
my room is 7.5 m2. exclusive my bed and all the other stuff. No gyms here. Can't train outside because I am too noob and I don't have friends that do parkour. What should I do :(?
Push Ups, Squat Jumps, V-sit training, Planche training, Handstands if you feel comfortable, one arm push up progressions, flexibility exercises & stretches, Horse stance, Ab exercises, 3rd world squats, Butt scoots, Carry Thrus, Sideways QM. Just a few exercises that van be done in a very small space ;)
Yes :), but I was like doing push ups. But my male friends told me not to, because then I would mock with my natural chest. I am afraid it will "change" into something really ugly. xD?
Well one of the best motivation to overcome fear is that if you have friends who have done it( or do you just saw someone doing it) why shouldn't you do it ? Just be like you wont be behind
Hi Guys! I wanna buy the crash course, but i have a small problem. I sent you some email, but you dont gave me an answer. Did you read this? Regards, Zolty
Hey +TappBrothers do y'all answer RU-vid comments anymore? If so I need to ask something I tried the pk roll but keep rolling on my side instead of my legs going over my head
TappBrothers hahahaha, thanks alot for the emails, you guys are the only one who send me email xD thank you for all the training x3 i want to be like you someday, i'm working on 6 packs and basic (even though i've already know about more than 60% of parkour), i'm a bit young (15 years old). your tutorial and blue prints help me AFREAKINGLOT. Thanks again, again, and again ^^ See you someday, Versailles Dan Orsey
do yall know why sometimes i can climb a one story rope fast then sometimes iam fatigued and can only do 20 to 30 push ups when sometimes i can do 40 and with pullups too
+Julian Gomez This is not true as fear does not have to be eliminated it just needs to be over come, at first a jump may make you nervous or scared. but after training and preparation you can still fear even with that task being well within reach, all you need to do is consider your fear as an evaluation or risk if you know the rewards outweigh the consequences than it seems a person has no fear
