TappBrothers Hey guys, I'm 15 years old and I just began parkour a few months ago. Ever since I've been watching your tutorials they really helped and stopped me from getting hurt. I just wanted to say thank you so much and keep it up, as a fan's perspective I think you guys are great for stepping out of your own time and showing the parkour community good advice, thank you and i will continue to watch your videos!
I just used this certain technique of climb up and I'd say it is the best one out there for me, because I can finally get at the top without the struggle. so yeah this is better than jesse laflair's climb up tutorial.
I see a lot of e-mail in the comments. Sorry about the mix up, this video came from a web page with an e-mail signup below it. So you have to go to this page ( learnmoreparkour.com/5-day-parkour-course-3/ ) and enter in your e-mail there. We created a free 5 day training course you get as well. Again thanks for all the kind words and glad you enjoy the training! Please give a thumbs up if you found this helpful. -Jonathan
This is awesome, I'm going through the same things you guys were: not knowing the proper techniques and not having good spots or someone to teach me. This is an amazing thing and I can't wait for the next videos.
You help me a lot with parkour and keep it up but I'm steel afraid of kong vault even when you made a video how to kong vault and can you make a video how to over come fear from kong vault and also I subscribed
Hey everyone, I think the best way to practice this at the first time is training in a pool. Maybe it sounds strange, but if you don't have enough strenght yet to do it on real walls or you are afraid of hurting yourself, the water gives a little extra lifting-up strength. Btw. Sorry for my bad english, it's not my mother language.
I would workout my upper body by climbing around my door frames but without shoes. I would wear a right glove to prevent me from sliding my hands away, such as climbing a wall, since both feet and hands of mine sweat alot!
you probably let callus build up and callus tears off easily compared to regular spin, try rubbing sand on the palm of your hands to wear it down and make your hands a bit softer
+Black Panther I understand what you mean, It's like a muzzle up and jump, try to jump as high as possible and if your not strong enough you can go sideways and put your legs on the ledge
um, I would say yes. If you have the grip and strength I would say swing your body out so you can have an assist in popping over the ledge, that what I do at least.
ohh you put your name and e-mail on the page that's linked in the description! Sorry I should have been more clear in the vid ha. Click on the link in the top of the description and it will take you to the video page where there is an e-mail sign up :)
Yo, I always do things as I feel... "good" I mean I just use my instincts for most of the time. Can this intuition really screw up my joints? O.o Should I really spend time learning the "right" techniques or...
thanks a lot guys, thanks to you i've learned to kong vault and get up and over walls a lot faster and more effectively! thanks for giving us your time, and keep up the good work!
Of course you can but remember speed isn't the only thing you need. Need strength, stamina, etc. There are lots of exercises to improve those kind of categories
I've been in many shtf situations (live in the Philippines) and this would've definitely helped. I'm learning parkour both for health and just in case i get into another shtf.
angel edwin rodriguez jr try doing parkour in a empty part of a park that isn't close to any major company buildings or important buildings the police will be round there for security so its best you try and find a quite park or maybe a forest that you can put sets ups in E.G a bar between two trees. what Edward39 said is also god...just make sure it is actually empty lol
Im 12 in bout 6 months im 13. My cut my self in my foot by accident while i was in the beach yesterday. As soonest as it heals im going to start parkour ♡
LC productions i think you should but keep other hobby's in mind i have horseback riding and parkour and you should have another one to stick with so in your breaks you can do an other sport that is what i am doing
So maybe you've seen this video before, but check out they're climb ups, particularly at 3:40. /watch?v=fGMrSuAgLfA I've seen this a lot in recent times and can't get it. They can climb up with almost no dip motion and even with their face right against a wall. If you can figure out how to do this (and I know it's not pure strength cause I've seen pretty young kids do it) then please let me know.
