calisthenicskingz u were the reason why i started working out with no weights except my body weight if i hadnt see this vidoe then i would be in the gym going weight exercises with im only into body weight exercises so THANKS ALOT for this and u r the true body weight trainer.

If I'm already on the very lean side (I'm athletic, but have a high metabolism) do you think I will still put on a descent amount of muscle mass doing calisthenics? Should I take supplements too??? I got my stitches out yesterday after the toilet bowl accident and tried doing this stuff at a kids playground like this guy. I managed to hold on for about ten seconds. Didn't actually manage a pull up though. :) I was lucky, a little kid about ten years old came along and did six pull ups non stop. I'm going to a different playground and when I can do one complete pull I'm going back to show him I can really do one. One step at a time, I'm busy at work most days. :)
WTF! I just have seen slim people doing stuff like that, this guy is pretty muscular, to lift that body he must be insanely strong. This is inspiring, thank you man!

Dude i'm asspiring to get a close to fit looking body. I currently run, box, etc. but just haven't got the shape yet to back up my fit self. Please, tips on how to tone, or what to add to a routine etc.
You inspired me to conquer the pull up. TRUE STORY: 3 MONTHS AGO I COULDN'T DO 1 PULL UP. I WATCHED THIS VIDEO AND IT GOT ME ALL PSYCHED UP. I TRAINED HARD EVERYDAY. I'M 96 KGS AND I CAN NOW DO 25 PULL UPS WITH A 20 KG WEIGHT. JUST WATCHING THIS VIDEO MOTIVATED ME. THANK YOU
