I think I had the same diameter bell-mouth. You can actually get the pipe in from the back with the bell-mouth attached. Slide in the back portion of the pipe trough the top where the elevator and rudder go and out the back. Shift it back until the bell-mouth fits into the fuse. and then push it forward. The diameter at the back of the fuse is less than just in front of the elevator. Worked with mine...
may i ask do you not have to use heat tape to stop the foam fuselage getting hot. or is the twin wall pipe sufficient to allow cooling. thanks for the videos
Thank you for watching and commenting! No i did not use any aluminum tape. the double wall cools enough none is needed. Now if you use a single wall pipe the tape i would HIGHLY recommend.
