Don't get complacent. That F-22 is way more forgiving than the F-35. And beware crosswind with the F-35. She don't like 'em.

Put easy lights on the wing tips and a white easy light on the top or bottom. They are really bright enough for most daylight conditions and great for cloudy days too. I use them on a lot of my planes and I use velcro to mount so you can pull off to recharge. Just a little f.y.i. really enjoying your videos here in Springfield, Missouri. Happy New Year!

@@FatGuyFliesRC I also trim off the velcro around the easy light and put a strip of vecro in tool box to store them on. Happy flying!

Nice! I've got this model coming tomorrow. Maiden on my F-22 64mm was a disaster. She nosed down into the road at a high speed and exploded. I think root cause was a broken right elevator bracket!

Nice flying! I have reflective panels and added lights on the underside, for better visibility. So the new one have reversable ESC?

thanks for the suggestion, yeah there was the tell tell yellow signal off the throttle cable, tried it and sure enough reverse! Says nothing about it in the instructions, same thing with my new vulcan 6s from a few weeks back.

If the camera has manual focus, what happens when you zoom in on something off in the distance, adjust the focus, and leave it set there while videoing the plane? Does it stay in focus as you zoom in and out?

I don't know what my wife does with the focus. I know it's harder to keep a fast moving object in frame the closer you zoom in.

@@FatGuyFliesRCWhat kind of camera? Autofocus is iffy on airplanes. I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200 bridge camera with a 24x 25-600mm equivalent lens that's F2.8 across the zoom range. It's like an SLR, but the lens doesn't come off. It's never taken good video of planes. My hat camera is a GoPro Hero 11 Black that I record in 4K horizon lock mode and then crop it 50% to 1080P to double the size of my planes in the video. Some people use iPhones and they seem to work well.
