Another option to attach your fabric lining is iron-on interfacing. LOVE what you've done with these patterns! I have a LOT of old patterns so will have to give this a try. Thank you!

Thank you for the interesting tutorial. I have been ironing strange items to make interesting substrates, especially unwanted plastic bags etc. Despite being careful I occasionally got plastic/glue on my iron, I keep my crafting iron and sewing irons far apart. However, the best way I have found to remove gunk from the sole plate is to use an aspirin tablet dipped in water. I use tweezers to hold the aspirin as my arthritis doesn’t let me hold small items well, also due to nerve damage I don’t feel heat and would burn myself. After treating the iron I use steam shots to clear any residue and iron a damp cloth to finish clearing away any aspirin residue. It has worked every time but is best done straight away so the gunk doesn’t set. It doesn’t scratch the sole plate.

I just finished the video - I was so excited that I'd commented before I'd even finished the video - I like both of the styles of journal but I'm really impressed with the one you made on the file folder - i don't know if you'd call it a tri-fold or a bi-fold but whatever you call it I am sold. It's a great way to use the instructions and the tissue itself. I have used several pattern envelopes to make journal covers before but then I'm left with more tissue and instructions than I can use up. This way the tissue can now be covers too! I am so happy I saw your video. You are very talented. Thank you for posting this tutorial!

Thank you. I subscribed a few days ago when I watched the other video you had using freezer paper. I went through my tissue paper stash to try this today. Glad I had freezer paper on hand. I watched another video someone had where she demonstrated being able to print on fabric after you iron it on freezer paper. Thank you again. Look forward to seeing more of your videos. Blessings.🤗🌹
