good approach! now you only have to put your sd-1 in front of your hm-2. and you have to get a non-master volume plexi, of course. just kidding ;) but it sounds more logical to me, playing that last F (sus chord) in the second riff of the song on the 8th fret to do the slide downwards from there instead of playing it on the 1st fret. and the song was actually recorded in 432 hz (standard E). just my 2 cents.

Je n'avais pas de t-shirt Mayhem et il ne me restait que celui-là ! Bon pour moi ce ne sont que les deux facettes de la même pièce quelque part. Et sinon je me rends compte qu'un bon son clair est la base d'un son réussi. J'ai aussi mis du temps à comprendre que finalement le son "trve black metal" pouvait se limiter à une Metal Zone et rouler jeunesse ! Mais tout dépend dans quelle plateforme elle se retrouve donc.

hi, EQ of the amp is around noon, and in channel 2 when I used the pedals HM2 and Metal Master, but when SD1 is engaged it goes to channel 1 the preamp knob is almost at max, treble and presence knobs are at around 6, the rest around noon. HM2, all the knobs at 7, Metal Master around noon, and SD1 (gain 2, tone 6, level 10).
Hi Jack, In general i use SD-1 as a boost so : Gain 1/4, Tone 2/3, Level 4/4. And HM-2 has all the knobs at 3/4. I don't like too much the chainsaw swedish death metal typical settings.
