Slowly morphing into a fully William Morris print person curled up in an armchair ‘Oh, you’re not even there’ ‘Yes I am, Nutty. But only just.’ is the most supreme satire and the most deliciously dark surreal humour all in one perfect moment. This is why F&S are true comedy legends.

While Dawn is *very* good at impersonating, accents, acting etc, Jennifer has a freakish gift of turning into the person she’s parodying. The minutiae of the facial gestures, the mannerisms are all flawless.

I know right when I heard her speaking in that Bristolian accent I was shocked!I barely even recognised her, you summed it up so well she seems to literally morph into someone else, amazing to watch, such a talented woman!

Jennifer Saunders is a very good actress . I often wonder what she would have achieved if she had gone into drama rather than comedy .

I've never watched goggle box, so don't know who the last pair are but it would serve just as well as parody of "thoughtful" drama from the 70s. Especially "You're not even there". "Yes I am. But only just".
