Beans ki sabzi is a traditional Punjabi side dish with French beans with Nariyal. An easy vegan gluten free, no onion garlic side dish that you can make within 30 minutes. Beans with Nariyal are two most used veggies worldwide. Here in this Punjabi dish they come together as a delicious and humble side dish. On days when you want to make a simple yet delicious side dish to go with rice or roti, a simple potato fry never fails. It is better when we pair another ingredient with potato and here it is beans. So easy, hearty and tasty! It is very easy to cook with easy steps and is a quick lunch with healthy beans. here we are preparing it in south Indian style . You can have it with chapati or Dal & Rice.

1 Chopped Pyaaz
Fresh Nariyal
4-5 Chopped Hari Mirch
3 Tbsp Oil
2-3 Tbsp Urad Dal
1 & 1/2 Tsp Haldi
1 & 1/2 Tsp
1/2 Glass Paani

कल मैंने बनाई थी मगर मीठी बहुत लग रही थी फिर मैने उसमे मैगी मैजिक मसाला डाल दिया,तब बढ़िया हो गई,थोड़ा लहसुन अदरक भी डलेगा तो शायद ज़ायका और बढ़िया होगा ऐसा मेरा ख्याल है. शुक्रिया

anjum behan french beans in india are two varieties: ફણસી (fanasi) ચોળા (chola) ... guar is different ... guar is slightly bitter and less frequently cooked and is source of a gum but ફણસી ચોળા are not source of gum ... i am giving gujarati names because i don't know hindi names ... guar is also considered a health food ... guar is allowed to ripen when it becomes yellow when it is used deep fried as substitute of papad in gujarati meals when papad is not available ... gujaratis use a few things when papad is no available such as ripe guar and kachri (salted and dried in sun) ... ફણસી ચોળા are also allowed to ripen when they are harvested for bean grains inside pods ... because of pods chola are also known as chola-phali
