Starter:
--40ml/ 1.33 oz
Warm water
--7g/ 1.5 teaspoons
dry yeast
--35g/ 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp
bread flour
Dough recipe:
--400g/ 14.11oz
bread flour
--10 g / 2 teaspoons
Sugar
--210g/ 7.05oz
Cold water
--7 gr / 1 Teaspoon
Salt
-- 20 gr / 1 tablespoon
Butter
Bake in preheated oven at 220℃ / 428°F' for 13-15 minutes

Good recipes. May I suggest putting measurements in cups or spoons. It would make a huge difference in following the recipe

I good suggest for you, to bake breads, cookies and cakes the best way is using a scale. Isn't it expensive at all and will make a huge difference for you. ❤

You are quite right. I used cup and spoon measurements in the videos for a while. I had a lot of trouble. Whose glass is small and whose spoon is big? Then the dough consistency changes. However, kitchen scales are both fun and you always get the same consistency.

Hallo... Zu verwendendes Mehl für Brot: Proteinwert mindestens 11,5% - 13%, Glutenwert mindestens 28%, Mehle mit geringem Aschegehalt (max. 14,5%) sollten bevorzugt werden. Mehl Typ 550 sorgt für eine knusprige Brottextur.
