I remember that I was 15 and actually /in Paris/ on my first real 'grown-up' holiday (sans parents!) with my sister when the film 'Amélie' came out, and I immediately loved its quirky, delightful humour and the oh-so-very-French setting! And who can't love that GORGEOUS score by Yann Tiersen?!
I may not be Yann Tiersen (or Audrey Tautou, alas!), but this is my homage to that timeless film, shot locally in beautiful Toulouse (who needs Paris when you have La Ville Rose? 😁). I think it's time for un petit café and a chocolatine now...!
