Yes, there is a control voltage input for Frequency, Waveform, Envelope Amount, FM Amount and Mix! If you wanted you could plug 5 expression pedals into it or connect it in interesting ways with other control voltage gear.
i liked how they muted sound so we could exlclude the talking and hear the effects only of the unit - in case anyone wants to record unite effects only with line - in jack for this video. Great consideration, keep up the good work.
yes Andy Sepe it works beautifully as an additional VCO with a caveat about going below the frequency range as Steve explains in this clip... I have had particularly nice results with theremin... they're similarly sensitive instruments
Looks like most of Moogerfoogers have the same features but the different names and knobs locations. Ring Modulator and Freq Box seem to have similar effects
awesome work man, thats a great device i just want a footpedal for controlling everything because you dont want to do that with your hands. I wonder what that would sound like with the new moog guitar?!
So can anybody help me out? I cant decide whether to get the Ring Mod or Freqbox, I play a bass guitar but I also do noise with it and various effects, what would be the best thing for good variable synthy crazy effects?
I bet it's gonna be awesome in combination with a bass guitar, for some electro tunes... kinda Daft Punk... Sure you could probably achief the same sound with a regular analog synth, but guitar is so much more expressive instrument. I'll put it on my wish list right away :P
