The weather is really getting cold. Yea, HCA’s can only do medication if they are trained! That working under stress question is usually a trap honestly. It is truly about the patient and not about you but you may need to put yourself first in some cases. Awesome tips sis

Your age? Under Equality Act and ageism,people interviewing you must not ask or know your age. They may indirectly discriminate against yiu based on that knowledge. Only HR are allowed to know your age based on application form you completed and that remains confidential. I recently had an interview and it was never volunteered or asked because its against Equality Act law
