Hi Sithini, I love your videos very informative. Please help me with this question….’you have a resident that is consistently refusing to showe. What options could you consider? What is your approach? How can colleagues support? What about family? How would you write in the care plan?
Hi Donald thank you for the comment, you can touch on the skills you have that help you when you are under pressure, good time management, good team work, to strengthen the answer give an example of a real life situation we’re you coped Under press at work, keep it 3-4 mins long or less we don’t want to bore the interviewer and lose their attention 😂
Thanks sis, nice one! Please can you explain the technical based interview questions here, u just mentioned them without explaining it. For eg, u talked about needles, Colors and pressure sore …
@nkechinyereobute4649 they are sores that occur when pressure is on a certain area, you will find them a lot with residents in nursing homes who are bedridden and cannot move, if they are not repositioned usually every 2 hours pressure sores can occur , they are different grades of pressure sores, they can be small and in some areas larger
Hi 😀 i don’t think it’s classed as a critical skill but they have introduced a visa specifically for it as there is a need for HCA and they are trying to fill the demand, so if you out of the country you can come in using it🥰
Hi bushra I love your name . And yes whenever you need to enter in Overseas you need some sort of language test to pass . N plus if you want to apply for health care worker first u need to take admission in some sort of degree . ( I suggest age-care as its really good to get a job n great future ) i m in Australia . If u need any future questions drop them below i will guide you . JazakALLAH

@@mutebigarvil9415 Hi sure you are not the first person to request this, will make time and film it, in the mean while you can check this website www.citizensinformation.ie/en/education/pre_school_education_and_childcare/national_childcare_scheme.html , its the government website for childcare subsidy, its not much but every penny counts, if possible i would advise relocating with a trusted family member who can help you with childcare
