@@ShowNoMercy6666 Lmao I remember buying slipknot CDs and then burning copies of them for my friends in middle school and feeling cool as fuck, good times
I don't care how creepy this may sound, but my friend and I were watching this yesterday and we just died laughing when her dad came in and said: 'Why have you got the light?' We must have replayed that part about 100 times and we will randomly call each other and simply say "Why have you got the light?" And we just crack up, so now we have this big inside joke over an FAQ video Ambrehhh made two years ago. What is wrong with us?
i came back to this video bc i remember when i was a scene kid through middle school i always used the same hairspray she did cause of this video. And the other day i needed more hairspray and i got the Aussie one again for the first time in YEARS and the smell of it gave me mad scene days flashbacks 😭😭❤️
the emo fashion is definitely nostalgic, i remember seeing teens with that fashion, like died hair, eyeliner on both top and bottom lids, piercings, etc.
It's manic Panic. So it fades to a lighter shade in like 2 weeks, but that's okay for HER because at the time she liked dying her hair A LOT so it fading made it healthier for her hair and easier to change the color. (:
@@v4mpirieShes talking about the dad! Amber is like 30 now and shes alive she was a huge youtuber and tumblr girl back in the late 2000s and early 2010s
You're really lucky that your mom is supportive of your style. My mom is the TOTAL OPPOSITE. One time I was at the mall with my friend and her mom and I bought really light blonde hair dye, and my hair is naturally black so it's hard to dye it because of my eyebrows. When I got home I told my mom I was going to change up my hair and she was okay with it so I did the bottom layer blonde and it looked really good but my mom freaked out and took me to the hair salon the same day to fix my hair :(
Omg how does it feel to have to write this comment when you were a teenager and now seeing it as an adult ?😩😭 I know the nostalgia must hit so bad and so many feelings involved you must feel looking at this comment from 13yrs ago.Must feel like it was yesterday but it wasn’t.
No offense, but you might wanna rethink that because she said the N word in one of her older videos. I think she might've deleted it, but someone had re-uploaded it.
The hair dye she uses doesn't ruin her hair. It stains it, no damage whatsoever. Bleach is damaging, but manic panic/splat/directions etc doesn't damage.
Splot is the best! It comes with a lightening kit also. But ANY weird hair dye (even reds) fade very fast. I recomend not shampooing often, I have pink hair and I only shampoo twice a week ( I use dry shampoo or baby powder to make my hair not greasy). Also Buying extra dye and mixing it with conditioner then applying to hair for 5-10 minuets will help color stay. :)
My dad every time he opens the door on me, he always opens it hard to where it scares me and sometimes before he says what he's going to say, he's like "why'd you jump" xD
When I was 14 I wanted to be like this so much Now I look back on it and Im not as impressed with this whole scene kid thing as I used to be. Still love the eyeliner though :) just do whatever makes ya happy
I use manic panic ALL the time, in fact, since I bleached my hair, it was kind of dry and since I've dyed it like all pink, it's all soft now c: Anyways! Is there any colour that you like the most of the manic panic colours you've used so far? Mines the Emily Strange "I'm seein' red" or w/e it is ;P
Isn’t Burmese (what she said he dad is) a form of Asian? I’m mixed white and Asian (Indian) but I visibly look poc (light brown skin and black hair) where’s I have a cousin with the same mix as me but she has white skin and red hair. Genes are interesting to think about lol
no one: hot topic employees: so um my name is ambrehhhisdead and obviously I’m not really dead that’s kinda my first question... not really um.. my scene name i-
Of all the other videos of people in this certain age group, this was a great video. You definitely act your age & don't have to talk like a baby, say like a million times, etc. The only thing I don't understand is how your mother can say she likes how you are different & don't follow trends. True, you may decide to wear whatever you feel like & not care what others think, but you are definitely following the current trend. Not knocking you or anything, just saying how it is. Like the video.
One minute I'm watching documentaries, next I'm watching a girl give tutorials on hair & makeup??? Just remember you have a wonderful complexion. Keep mixing and reinventing your hair because it's certainly working. Take care superstar
