So refreshing to watch authentic content for a change… no script, no clickbait, no drama, no hyperbole… just a hard working dude, letting us be a fly on the wall in his cool shop, to see all of the neat stuff that comes in. Also, it’s really interesting to just see all of the unique individuals that come into your shop. And you seem like a really honest, no bullsh!t kinda guy. That seems pretty rare in your line of business. But yeah, I’m so glad I’m stumbled upon your channel!

Another Great Video my Junk Brother from another mother 😊 I’m 52yo and have been in the business since I was 5yo my parents did it as a weekend hobby back in the mid 1970’s…. Dad was a GM for a large advertising company in Cleveland Ohio and on weekends we would wake up extra early jump in the car and head off to the garage/yards back then you could go all day and yes you can still go all day now but the key is FINDING STUFF all day anyway we would sale all day and either end up In Pennsylvania or southern Ohio and pull into one of those old school Mom & Pop motels with the little swimming pool out front then wake up and garage/yard sale all the way back home.. Those were the days 😔 I can’t tell you how many times more often then not having to ride back home either sitting on a box lol or having to be a contortionist with the space I had but I loved those days and Dad passed about 9 years ago but I still take Mom to sales as often as I can which is a lot lol.. But it’s a whole new world out there compared to now back then you had to learn and put many hours in doing so but NOW when you go to sales most time there’s a handful of people in there zapping everything with there phones because most don’t care about learning the ins and outs they just depend on there handy robot 📱 lol I like watching the picking videos where it’s not about looking every little thing up..

I got it for Christmas.......I paid a lot for it ....did he buy himself a Christmas present 😂😂😂

The walleye fishing is good at Belleville, Ontario. There is a boat launch there if I remember correctly. In the town. There is a bridge crossing over the water and that is where they are. Also, best time for those walleyes: November during turnover. It's cold and windy but the fishing is good.

anyone that sees this, pls dont have your dogs wear service vests(a thing service dogs are not required to wear) if they arent at that level yet. this dog is no where near public access level. Lunging at animals and people to play can interfere with legit service animals trying to task because they arent going to be used to pets in most stores. This store has pets and has allowed pets in the past obvs so its a little different but that service dog vest is likely being used for him to gain access to places with that animal when hes not a service dog. I hope im wrong in that assumption but most people dont put service dog on their vests when this is their dogs behavior because they know they'd be a distraction for tasking animals. A service animal would be potentially focusing on the lunging as a potential source of danger and focus on safety instead of their caretakers condition causing them to not task when needed. In situations where it is not obvious that the dog is a service animal, staff may ask only two specific questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? if the animal is lunging with a service vest on, pls ask them to take the animal back to a safe location outside of your store to encourage them to do the training needed for public access. They don't even need to be service dogs, they need to be well trained in public in this dog is not. my service dog will miss cues my body is giving if a dog is lunging towards anyone or any animal because hes then focused on keeping me safe and not caring that im going to faint.

I had a similar carry case for Hot Wheels cars, they don't take excessive handling well, so that case isn't so bad. Had a copy of the blue Ford Oldster as well...memories...

I have that same oak machinist tool chest and it cost me $100 full of tools too. That one is completely trashed and barely even worth it for parts. Great instincts, Peter. You would spend so much time and money getting it to the condition mine is it and it would cost way more than just buying an original in good condition.

I am familiar with those binoculars from cruise ships that have more unique itineraries. For instance they are mounted on the deck of the ship to watch polar bears out on glaciers or whales breaching etc…

I just had an idea for those awesome binoculars that have the dent in that one corner. See what it would cost to have it fixed. That's a beautiful pair of binoculars if you mounted it right on a pair of tripod looking at least probably 3 1/half to 4000 $, the value was there to have it fixed knowing their vintage.
