Beautiful morning at our lakeside wildcamp spot, with breakfast pancakes on campfire. Tried out the dutch oven lid as frypan. Enjoyed the breakfast and a chill in the Amok hammock. Konrad our Basset Fauve de Bretagne was a tad tired this morning :)
Att fricampa med plåtisen är något vi gör ofta. Bra möjligheter till matlagning ute är något vi haft tidigare men Dutch oven tar detta till en ny nivå! Följ oss gärna på våra husbilsresor.

What a great way to spend a morning! I can almost smell the freshly brewed coffee, the fire , pancakes and pork from here. Beats a McMuffin and morning tv hands down!

@@tshansen Thats a progress of impressions from your/our complete surrounding, only time will tell what is important, for now we do stuff that´s important in life in this moment. We shall never forget what is important in life for our closest, now and for future. I look fwd to the day we could travel freely again, but this situation has also got me to appreciate the close areas more than I use to do. A Brit saw the Humlepung "viking champagne" and told me this was cool, they had been with their van at Aga Cideri in Hardanger how cool isn't that. World is small sometimes. Take care brother!

Great looking breakfast might have to give this one a try, we have a cast iron pot at home, you have given me an idea to take this away with us for cooking on the BBQ. Could do a great Irish stew.

Thanks Stephen! If you plan use it on the bbq (0r oven at home) which is great and also recommended be sure to get one without the legs I have. I regret somewhat to buy the one with the 3 legs at bottom. I will use the tripod anyway so those legs are not really the best option for us. It's available in both configurations and volumes. This is a Ft6 (5.5 liters).

Thanks Yuriy, peaceful place. Hey, are Russian pancakes like the Scandinavians? Thin? We usually not use pork in them, foresters did. The old time foresters did another version "Kolbulle", not a traditional pancake recipe but looked like pancakes. in the kolbulle there was only water and flower (mix wheat and rye), always butter and pork.

One of my best friends has Finnish heritage like many in Sweden, if you miss sauna and crazy guys i have a vide for you from last summer. Ari Pekka ( my friend) and one more local guy took our bikes and went thru wild forests on trails i 500Km's to visit Ari's brother.
