Frida Lyngstad married Prince Heinrich Ruzzo Reuss, Count of Plauen in 1992, thus becoming Princess Anni-Frid Synni Reuss, Countess of Plauen. She is entitled to be styled "Her Serene Highness" but still goes by simply Frida! Ruzzo passed in 1999, making Frida the Dowager Princess. She is currently in a relationship with Henry Smith, the Viscount Hambleden.

I Germany aristocracy does not exist anymore officially. Members of former aristocratic families can use the old title as part of their name. It is not "Prince Name von (of) XYZ", but "Name Prince von XYZ". The title isn't worth anything. It just sounds good.
@@meikethomen8812 It's definitely a nominal title, with no land attached, but it's still a fun act and Frida and her husband were quite close with the king and queen of Sweden.
At the time with Ruzzo you could see, that he was the one making her really happy - she glowed, looked relaxed, contently and was beautiful like never before ❣❣❣❣❣
La vita di Frida e' stata un po' travagliata e direi anche sfortunata specialmente nei primi anni . Prima perde la madre , e il padre lo incontra solo quando aveva 32 anni ( ex ufficiale tedesco della Germania di Hitler) . Perde il marito , e poco dopo la figlia Anny Lise Lotte. Pero' il buon Dio l'ha ripagata donandole una splendida voce ,e una bellezza unica ,che tutto il mondo gli ha riconosciuto ..! Ti adoro Frida..!❤

I believe her current husband is the heir to W H Smiths, (love that shop)? So sad about her previous husband passing. Poor Anni, she's had so many terrible loses. What a legend she is ❤
Well, Benny never became a Prince, but she became a Princess. I think Benny could have separated from Frida because she had no children with him; once separated or divorced from Frida, the woman was 8 months pregnant when he started living with her or once he married her. Just a thought of a possibility.

Benny had 2 children when he met Frida..from a prior relationship just as she did!! When they met their minds were on their careers..they both were in theirs kids lives..Benny cheated on Frida just as Bjorn did on Agnetha!! I think he married so soon because woman got pregnant!! 💔💔
Also has two children from her very first marriage (prior to ABBA). A son and a daughter. Very sadly the daughter was killed in a vehicle accident in Los Angeles some years ago now.
