This movie franchise (especially the sequels) would be a relic of the past, that only dads care about, if it werent for James and other nostalgia reviewers like that, (akin to joe bob briggs). in fact, james and reviewers like him are the only reason why games like this are even popular again among 20-year-olds like me. Because he introduced this shit to a younger generation thats hungry for horror, like he was when he was young.

I don't play modern games at all. I'm in my thirties. Life doesn't give me enough time to play them sadly. I had no idea this was even a game. wish I had more time on my hands.

My point is that James doesn't seem to play modern games all that much, so he's often amazed by things that have become pretty typical. Other RU-vid gamers rip modern games to shreds, while James is just happy with some of the modern features we take for granted. We've become so jaded that graphics from 2008 are considered garbage by many people. But that kind of simple positivity takes me back to when I was a kid and Mario 64 was cutting edge, and we could imagine nothing better.

Hmm, sounds like the developers need to add a host migration mechanic to online for those pesky rage quitters and disconnects.

I know how that feels. It may be tedious, but I just jump in and out of lobbies until I am given host. I know I won't quit, and I never do even if I die early on. I'd say it's worth a shot if you're constantly being thrown out of games due to the host quitting.
