"Conforming to the Norm"....why I homeschooled my grandkids! Look at prison and school and how similar they are. My mother was a LEGAL immigrant, she knew more US history than most born here citizens, she was more patriotic than most born here. She loved this country passionately.

Technically, Canadians are American. That’s a fact. Mexicans, Central Americans, and our Greenlandic brothers and sisters are technically American. We all share the North American continent. People always trying to divide us. 🇺🇸 🇨🇦 Many Canadians do not refer to themselves as American, but who wrote that rule? Tom is more American 🇺🇸 than many of the people who are supposed to represent us in D.C.

Tom has lived in the U.S. for about a third of his life now. He has dual citizenship which means he belongs here as much as any of us do. For people to be upset over him coming here and loving the country enough to want to help it is way more unAmerican than Tom will ever be. Great reaction!

Tom may have been born in Canada but he has lived in Los Angeles for roughly 10 years. He says he has traveled all over the world and the US is the only place that felt like home. He and Nova moved here from Canada almost 11 years ago at this point and while he grew up there Cali and the greater U.S. is where he’s called home for the last decade and where he intends to live for the rest of his life. He and Nova are both working on getting their citizenship and if they have kids in the future they will be born and raised American.

You are absolutely right that the schools are teaching our children to conform. Trying to counter the culture and programming they are being taught is a must. However the short amount of time they are with you in comparison to the 8 or so consecutive hours the schools have them is too overwhelming. One solution is to pull them out of the public school system. It is rotten from the top down and bottom up. The last thing they want is for parents to have a say. Protect your children at all costs.
