@colinvickers1191 You could be right. Then again, she could have just as easily driven the car herself if that was true. However, neither of them are very smart. Pick any reason, and you're probably right.
I consider the level of stupidity being the highest level possible when you're an officer and on the *brady-list* for being a corrupt piece of sh!t!!! Outrageous 🤦♂️
@@OrpheussZ06you claim its the most accurate statement ever made no statement has been more profound true or accurate has ever been said before now or in the future you're a stupid imbecile to make that statement or actually believe it.
1. You can drive while you're pregnant. 2. Why in the hell is a 14 year old driving?! 3. His composure is OUTSTANDING. there is no way I could have not said anything.
Depends where you live clearly , I got my learners license at 14 years old ? You can’t drive Past midnight and need a full licensed person in the car with you , then you get your probationary license , need that for two years without losing demerits. But then you can drive without a licensed person and the curfew.. once you get your full at 17-18 you have maximum demerits and cheap insurance.. this is Alberta Canada, obviously not America but thinking 14 year olds driving a car is crazy, you should see them in jacked up diesel trucks, it’s not unheard of around here. I doubt he has a learners and I know the laws here are different then Arizona , but her pregnant at 18 , she could be fully licensed, him being 14 could have a permit , and her man’s car so technically not a issue, if it was here lol.
i can easily see a doctor saying that you should avoid riving to prevent risks to your pregnancy, however this fine example of the low end of the bell curve coursed a minor to commit a crime. I haven't finished the video yet but Im curious to see what Frank does. For me if the kid comes back clear id give him tghe biggest warning of his life, and give the girl the ticket. But IDK how you would write that up
All three of them are genuinely flabbergasted for different reasons and it’s what makes this interaction so hilarious. Frank can’t believe this is happening, and the two kids can’t understand what they’ve done wrong.
@@YinzerTracy One is 14 years old driving around unlicensed. The other is pregnant at 18. Somehow I don't think good judgment and intellectual fortitude are their distinguishing assets.
I love that she's laughing and is excited to take a picture with him after he just gave them tickets and is impounding their car. I also love that Frank just embraces it and rolls with it 😂. What a way to turn a hard situation into something to learn from ha ha hopefully. I'm impressed by Frank.
Honesty and respect goes a long way with teens. I know from experience that you can call them on their BS and, so long as you don't talk down to them or soft peddle them because you think they can't deal with the truth, they're usually pretty straightforward to deal with.
Yes they were extremely happy to have the car towed because neither passenger or driver owned it. It wasn't theirs, who cares! At least they have a picture to show tic tac and instafart how stupid they are😂. The younger generations are absolutely failing. No registration or insurance but can afford tint and noise makers. Priorities!
Sharing the road with those with the IQ of a box of rocks is truly frightening!!! Glad you are out there deputy Frank!!! Again, thank you for your service.
That's just rude, like I can't believe you would say such a blatantly hateful thing. They combined have at least the IQ of half of the box, don't include the rocks, the rocks did nothing to deserve such an insult.
To be fair there didn't appear to be anything wrong with the way he was driving. I would hope you're not going to be scared of a loud exhaust or window tint.
I have just started instructing teenagers in driver's education. I'm going to use this as a perfect reference video for traffic stops. Amazing work, Frank!
Look, not all of us are this bad. I am 23 and got a house at 18 with hardwork. No money from mom or dad, just hard work in the oilfield. Some of us are actual functional people of society
The music got me weak at the knees and how he walked back snapping his pen without saying I’ll be back in one second the second time he walked back to his car, he was flustered lol 😆 😂😂
@@gimpyrules6714 On Saturday, April 8, 2017 approximately 11:40 p.m., Sergeant Frank Sloup arrested a subject for Aggravated DUI and booked him into jail. Sloup completed most of the report the next morning (Sunday, April 9th) and then worked an off-duty job at Chase Field. On Monday, April 10th, Sloup obtained the arrested person's driving record from Colorado and submitted the final report to another supervisor for review. The date of the report submittal automatically printed "April 10, 2017" and the reviewing supervisor dated his review "April 10, 2017" as well. Frank used White-Out to correct the date of the submittal and the date of the supervisor's signature to April 9th to represent the correct date of the arrest report. Two months later, a clerk noticed the corrections and notified a supervisor. Frank was called before the supervisor and explained that he changed the dates to make the report accurate, including the date of the supervisor's signoff. He was then told he may face possible disciplinary action for altering an official document, even to correct it. Two months later, Frank resigned. Whenever a law enforcement officer leaves a department in Arizona for any reason, including resigning, being fired, retiring, or for medical reasons, the department is required to submit the change to AZPOST and include any charges of disciplinary action. At that time, Frank's name and case numbers for the two corrections were entered into the Brady List by a prosecutor. MCSO administration later decided to take no action against Frank. On December 20, 2017, case #17-148 - Frank J. Sloup - Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. The Board considered comments from Compliance Specialist Mike Deltenre. Chief Gwaltney made a motion to close this case with No Action with Agency Discretion. The motion was seconded by Colonel Milstead and passed unanimously. The information from Frank's case was removed from the Brady List. Only his name and case numbers remain. Once you are on the list, it's next to impossible to get it removed. Six years later, Frank was working for the Pinal County Sheriff's Office. The public relations department wanted to make videos for education and entertainment purposes about the work of the department. Sheriff Mark Lamb agreed and Fridays With Frank was born. Due to Frank's sarcastic style of humor and his interactions with the drivers he stopped, the videos became very popular. Cop-haters on RU-vid took notice and looked for any reasons to try to belittle Frank. They found his name on the Brady List site. Although his case had been closed for six years, they then began making up lies about the reason Frank was on the list. They said he lied under oath, stole overtime pay, deleted evidence before a trial, and even said he had been fired for excessive force. They also claim he can't testify in court, although he can and does frequently. Their moronic followers believed every word of it. They now flood the comment section every week with the same lies. They seem to be incapable of looking up the facts for themselves, so they try to convince others that Frank is a big, mean, dirty cop. Most people can see past their lies.
@@Crymeariver227 right, you people defend a cop on the Brady list lol If you're on the Brady list you're not s good cop yet these morons still worship this loser
"I was told you can't drive when you're pregnant "....the result of an entire generation relying on Google 🤣🤣🤣 God bless Frank, the patience and kindness while enforcing the law and teaching the community. I love this!!!
Google 🙄 My husband had blood work done a month ago and something came up that was unusual. He started to google what it “ could” be I told him don’t even think about it -you’ll be convinced you have cancer and are dying. Lol
@@mom2ck Honestly so many results are like "I have a scratch what could happen" and the results are just "you will die in 3 minutes" I bet its gotten even worse with their AI tool that seems to really like reddit answers for questions.

That poor car being sentenced to 20 days in jail for someone else’s stupidity. I hope the car doesn’t pick up any bad habits or bad tattoos in those 20 days.
Coolest police man I have ever seen. The fact that he could have came down harder on this individual, but showed some mercy. Also he was calm, polite and not yelling
he doesnt have much faith in the youth of today, in many videos he -sighs- loudly and comments on it when he notices which generation he is dealing with
He’s usually lost for words when the cases are contested in court and he fails to appear. Likely because his testimony is worthless as the courts have deemed both he and his testimony untrustworthy for good reason. He’s just extremely vocal in the short clips which he utilizes to manipulate a less cognitive and vulnerable public into believing his a man of integrity worthy of a badge. Unfortunately people are slow and easily confused by what’s presented to them on the internet. They see a good man and not the man who’s been demoted and terminated by multiple departments for deceptive and fraudulent behavior and placed on the Brady list. 20+ years on the force yet stuck working traffic as a deputy and getting praised by a naive population of clueless Stans while 90% of the departments in the country know better then to hire him. Thank the courts are more rational and cognitively aware.
I’ve only heard when you’re basically about to have the baby but even then there are ladies who drive themselves to the hospital 😂 I assume it’s a doctor to doctor situation and we know not all doctors say the thing
@@anthonymiller934 yeah I drove us when necessary but she drove to work everyday no problem. Most girls probably don’t want to drive (which they don’t anyways) lol. But they can drive, the doctor is not telling them that.
I have watched this officer many times, and he is always very courteous and explains things very politely. I just wish, if I ever was pulled over, that it would be by this wonderful officer. Sincerely. 😊
Does anyone else just simply enjoy the music at the end of these videos? It’s like the end of a kids show back in the 80s and 90s on Saturday morning. Good times
Very good observation, it sounds like Blues Clues just got done celebrating and ends with that dunt dunt dunt 🎶 Nothing like the good ol Spider man and Xmen 97’ with some dominos 5,5,5 deal while I wait for my AOL disc to come in the mail to upload the new version, ah the simple times when the rainbow mafia didnt exist 😂🌈

And then you see the 18yo who's pregnant and my thought was "oh, heavy pregnant with a big belly" and out of the car came where you didn't see any more belly than a non pregnant have, assumably in the first trimester. and no sane doctor would her prehibit from driving, in this state it makes no sense. heavy pregnant with a big belly it makes more sense to prehibit, in some cases it will be forbiddne to use the belt. but this is rare.
I'm so glad this woman is bringing a person into the world she is so intelligent and responsible - I'm sure the kid will receive great benefit of instruction and guidance from this woman and this child will end up being a well rounded citizen as Frank is ...
I am a mom of 7, I drove anywhere I needed to during any of those pregnancies. Not only did I drive a car, or pickup, I drove a tractor, baled hay, hauled silage, milk cows and many other things all while pg.
I could see some moms being careful bout it if you live somewhere crazy. We have horrible traffic and barely any law enforcement where we live so would make sense to me if you’re that nervous but mosy people don’t have that issue
Those Infiniti sounds like a trumpet with a straight pipe. Literally the one of the most obnoxious sounding cars and I’m a car guy. lol Go with a resonator and it be much quieter but sounds WAY better.
@@HifeMan I agree, vq engines sound terrible and are extremely loud and raspy when straight piped, but this is clearly not straight piped due to the large muffler you can see. I'll bet the exhaust is stock except for the cat-back single exit on this car since that specific one is pretty cheap. I have the same exhaust on my 350z with everything else stock and asked my neighbors if it is too loud after I got it, they said they barely even notice it during day time. I won't cold start my car at 3 am since that would definitely wake somebody up, but other than that it really doesn't make a difference to sensible people. Also, this exhaust sounds great! No rasp, not obnoxiously loud, and you can barely even hear it when cruising at low rpms. I'm not sure why non car enthusiasts categorize everyone with an aftermarket exhaust as being obnoxious, rude, and inconsiderate. Yes, it makes the car a bit louder but there's a ton of trucks and other sports cars that are even louder from the factory compared to the setup I described.
Understanding consequences comes with age. I mean sometimes it never comes at all, but I have to just hope these 2 do several double-takes down the line on this stop
I feel like Frank should have added that they should consider obtaining a lawyer when handing the ticket. Because I guarantee you they don’t understand what a criminal offense is and it’d never hurt to have one more person try and talk some sense into these 2. But I’m sure the court will do that song and dance and advise them to retain counsel before proceeding.
Gotta say love the pen click and how you (Frank) always conduct yourself no matter the person or situation. Priceless and I wish there were more officers like you!
I am old enough to remember when "savage" meant you were being very unnecessarily hateful/disrespectful. Today it just means telling someone the truth! Wild!
I was pregnant with twins😳 I had to drive myself to appointments in my first two trimesters because my husband worked. I checked it, you can drive in all fifty states pregnant 😳 Craziest thing I’ve ever heard 😮
I only wondered if there was a specific unusual medical condition she has that would have a doctor tell her not to drive. I would tend to think no that she was told that by her MIL who has a friend whose cousin knows a doctor who is a veterinarian....
There might be something to that, day before modern seatbelts/air bags combined. Flying forward against lapbelt only might have been a risk. But back then, expecting moms wore NO restraint, and smoked while driving.
As someone who has been pregnant 5x… I’ve only ever been told I can’t drive at the end of the pregnancy & post pregnancy for a short time. You’re going great sir! 👏🏻
Okay some bad decisions, but we have no idea about the father and she did mention her Mom is around to help. She is young to be having a baby, but it's pretty harsh to say, 'take it away'. She doesn't look very far along, she has time to learn and grow up.
Frank's videos should be mandatory viewing for officers all across the country, especially for new recruits. In addition to them being enjoyable, they teach valuable lessons in maintaining composure, avoiding escalation, and keeping your sense of humor intact. You might have to ruin someone's "good time" but they don't have to ruin yours.
My grandfather learned to drive manually by a blind man as a teenager bc he left home after quiting school. He later worked on military aircraft during WW2 Korea and Vietnam before the Air Force was the Air Force. -Combat Vet
I love the pen clicking!!! No dr. said you can’t drive while pregnant. It’s probably immature teenage talk. No one looks anything up to check if it’s true or not. When I was a teenager I heard stuff my friends were saying and I was shocked. Being me I said that’s not true!!! I got “How do you know?” My reply was “I asked my mom!” They were shocked that I talked to my mom about stuff!!! I asked …..don’t you talk to your mom’s? I got emphatic “NO’s” I became the go to person to ask my mom their questions. Frank …….you have patience that stretches way beyond normal. Kudos to you for not blowing your top.
As a traffic officer in Indiana, I continue to love the new phrases I pick up from Frank that I’ve never thought of in 25 years such as “wow, that’s as dark as the inside of my eyelids.” We are already aware of the “your neighbors hate you” as that goes well beyond loud mufflers. 🤣😎
