Got a recipe for a chicken casserole that adds some spices and makes it even better. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with the following spices to help them get incorporated into the other ingredients: thyme, cumin, parsley flakes, dried minced onions, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper. Add chicken, pimentos, mushrooms, water chestnuts, chicken broth, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and noodles, top with extra parmesan. Bake in buttered dish and really enjoy!!! Always add water chestnuts to mine instead of almonds. Have sauteed fresh onions and mushrooms, as well as used fresh garlic and made fresh cream of mushroom soup to make it even better. Don't add alcohol to my food, so extra broth is just great.

I like this Paula - the one who is full of laughter and fun but not the one who became so silly and a little bit raunchy. I am thoroughly enjoying the videos by "this" Paula. I still enjoy your wonderful laugh. There's no other like it. I'm a fellow Georgian and enjoy all recipes southern.
I especially like this episode, because I have been doing this for years! Long about Thursdays, see what to dig out of fridge to cook for end of the week & not toss in the garbage, but make a meal for Friday! I am glad to see Paula does this as well.
