I have an "Eat Me First" bin for when I use only half of something, like an avocado, tomato, onion, pepper or such. It reminds me to get it used up, since it'll go bad faster.
When some one is lactose intolerant they don't feel the same with milk and yogurt because the amount of lactose. Look it up. By the way ur the most creative in utuber when it comes to healthy recipes. Do you have like a snack meal prep video? Thank you!
Interested in how you actually plan your meals and what inspires you in the kitchen. I've got my go to items, but I tend to eat the so same things and I'm pretty bored. Dietary restrictions definitely don't help since we're talking almost full on food groups.
I always put my herbs like parsley and cilantro in a glass with about an inch of water with a bag over the top, either a ziploc or the bag they came in and my herbs stay crunchy fresh for up to 4 weeks!!!
I love the veggie bags and will be looking to get those soon. the summer is coming and we garden so they will be so useful! I have two kids 13 and 10, both eat a ton and I shop twice a week so I use up all the veggies and fruit before I get more. Great video thanks so much for all you share!
I’m so happy I found your channel! I love that your recipes are actually affordable and accessible, rather than most YTers whose recipes require amaranth, eye of newt, and a first-born son. Keep up the dope work 🤙🏾
Okay. All the essentials. Will add a few items that I like from your fridge ( great containers, my grandmother had a juicer like that, huge fan of variety of mustards). I agree with the halal guys sauce lol ! Rotisserie chicken totally an easy dinner anytime!
I don't have instagram, is your beet hummus recipe on your website? I love beets and eat them atleast once per week if not more. I need this recipe! Also I love when you said "so I cook a lot, i like to cook" We know you love to cook! We love watching you cook!
Mmmm....chop up that roasted chicken. Saute some of your bok choy, edamame, bell pepper & green onion. Throw in a little al dente ramen. Mix chopped chicken, ramen & sauted veggies. Make a sesame Asian dressing...mix & refridgerate. Next day...Chinese Chicken Salad! Oh n don't forget a few dashes of the Frank's!
I love your videos, thank you so much for being such an inspiration my friend🙂 where did you get the freezer lunch bags if you don’t mind me asking thanks xo
Hi. I live in Macau and humidity is a problem (99%). Many times, i buy veggies and they go to waste in no time. Any suggestions? I never saw those bags you mentioned around here. Other question is, for strawberries, etc they also go to waste so i buy frozen. The problem is when i unfrozen them to use, they will be with a lot of water and mushy. Any thing I am doing wrong? Thanks a lot. Loved the video
