Honestly Hello Fresh has changed my life and eating habits. I buy less groceries and I feel like I’m not overeating. We eat out once a week, make simple sandwiches one day, and the other 4 days we have Hello Fresh. I feel so excited to cook even after a long day at work. I genuinely love it.

Rice 101 - Melt tbsp butter (or oil) in med sauce pan on Med-High. Saute rice till browned. While rice is browning, Microwave water to boiling (or near there). When rice is browned add about 1/4 of heated water - pulling cup (hand) away quickly to avoid steam. Add the rest of the water. Stir (IF not boiling, bring to rapid boil). Cover. Reduce heat to low. Leave it for 20 minutes. Fluff. Serve. (use less water. 1/2cup rice=3/4cup water; per serving)

Oh, I have the za'atar crusted grilling cheese with sumac spiced zucchini & onion over couscous on my next Hello Fresh menu! That's good stuff. Hello Fresh is delicious but it's getting spendy since those free meals are for giving to other people and not for me to eat, and I live in Florida where medium people are getting more poor by the minute. Still, great recipes I've been able to duplicate when I really liked them. Grace, Hello Fresh teaches you that you can do one thing at a time. Relax. Breathe. Even if the recipe seems to want you to multi task, you do NOT have to. It's a life lesson. Lesson such as you can go pee while waiting for oil to heat. That did turn out pretty. It's a thing with Hello Fresh. I am very happy to see you making delicious in your kitchen again. Should we yell at YT for shuffling you to the back of the algorithm since you said the podcast was on indefinite hold? I think we should, because we almost missed fried cheese.
