Preparation:

Grab as much dough as it can fit in the spoon and put it into the oil The balls will be ready very quickly, they will get a golden color, and if the oil is deeper, they will turn on their own. If there is less oil, turn them after about 30 seconds. Remove them from the oil on a kitchen paper to drain the oil. You can eat them sweet or salty.
