Quick yogurt sticks according to my mother's recipe. ❤ She has never liked recipes with yeast, mixing, waiting for it to rise... but that's why she has great recipes for this quick dough that she often prepared for us and which reminds me of our beautiful childhood. 😊

Ingredients:
1 egg
200 ml of yogurt
400 g of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of oil
Preparation:
Beat the egg, add yogurt and most of the flour, 300-350 gr, salt and baking powder, mix briefly, then add oil. Knead the dough on a floured surface. Add the rest of the flour and knead just enough to form a ball of dough. Roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 5 mm, then cut into 16 triangles.
Heat the oil in a pan, then lower the triangles by placing the side of the triangle that was on top into the oil. Fry until you see cracks in the dough and it starts to rise, then turn to the other side and fry briefly.
Flip it again briefly on the first side until golden brown, then place it on a towel to drain the excess oil, although they really don't absorb much oil.
