Thank you for sharing this! We harvested a ton of okra, and I have been wanting to freeze some for frying. This is perfect.

My husband loves fried okra. I pick for few days, then cut and batter all of it. We fry some for dinner and freeze the rest. Yum!

That’s awesome! I just canned green beans and I used my bag sealer and froze a ton of peaches 🍑

@@FromtheRootsUp I cut them in quarters and then usually into 8ths. I’m up at 2:30 am skinning tomatoes now 😂 my back is broken lol

Do you fry your okra from frozen, or do you thaw it first?

You can do either, but frozen will make your grease pop and splatter so be careful! Also it works great in an air fryer.
