Frugal meal! Got me some Nolan sausage 2.09 clearanced at krogers, 3 white potatoes, 1 onion and some homemade cornbread. We eaten for under 3.50 family of four. Y'all life is good!

Never thought I'd see a video of this dish. I fix this for my family but I make it as a casserole with a few different ingredients. My family loves it!! Especially my youngest. Its so good and affordable too. I fix enough for 4 people for under $10. The seasonings I add are already in the kitchen. Thanks for this, gotta fix it again soon now.

How do you make yours into a casserole?

@@ylashanda1706 I don't prepare it on top of the stove. I add cheese, milk and bacon bites. Once I have everything seasoned well, I place it in a baking dish and put it in the oven. It only takes a few minutes, so you have to watch it closely. Once its done, I let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving. Its so delicious.
