That's an interesting way of cooking fried rice- mixing raw egg yolks first with the rice before frying it. And this is the third fried rice recipe in your channel that you don't use any soy sauce or oyster sauce for flavouring. For Chinese cooking and seeing it from a Chinese cook like yourself, I'm quite surprised actually but I'm sure you have your reasons. I personally as well try not to use so much of artificial flavouring in my food. Please keep on making great videos! Thank you!

This is something else. Fried rice has bean sprouts, eggs, white onions, green onions, meat, peas or snow peas, carrots (other vegetables). It needs many ingredients. I can't say how to cook it, it needs to be tossed in a wok so it is briefly on fire. I hate when any of these things are left out.
Ha, it is a myth that Chinese fried rice has to have sauce soy. I think it is because takeout fried rice is always made that way. Actually there are varieties of fried rice. For an example, Yang Chou fried rice never has soy sauce. Meanwhile, there’s fried rice called soy sauce fried rice. Yes, I’m Chinese, born and growing up in China 😆
