You don't understand self defense. He was drunk and high and Rear ended someone. He then refused to provide required legal information and report to the police. The girls He hit called for back up. Things escalated and they took his keys which they can in this case because he is intoxicated and attempted to flee. Two of the guys wrongly assaulted jin by punching him. However the guy who ended up being the shooter broke it up and de-escalated the situation and broke them up. That means that window of self defense has closed. That fight is over and he's no longer facing imminent danger. Jin then goes and retrieves a gun and points it at people and discharged the weapon. One of the people he points it at is the guy who bailed him out of a potential beating. That guy had no choice but to defend himself at that time. The reality is because the other people were black and had dreads people want them to be simply guilty. It doesn't and shouldn't work that way. Jin deployed a firearm when he was not in imminent danger. You don't get to grab a gun and come back. So many black people have been imprisoned for exactly what Jin did and you wouldn't bat an eye. Jin pointed a firearm at people who fled and hid behind a vehicle and discharged the weapon. If he hit any of them he'd be getting second degree murder if not first.

It's not because the reality was because they were black and simply want them guilty. Let's see your story for a second. The ladies called for her backup friends instead of the police. Probably meant they wanted to beat him, right? Because if they called the cops nothing would've happened. Then two guys wrongly assaulted him. Then he tries to shoot at retreating people one whim is standing directly next to the guy who helped him with no concern for anyone else's life. 🙄 Jin was a terror from the beginning which is why friends got called. He then took a lick and knstead of calling 911 he went and got his weapon and began shooting even though there was no current threat. Hes not a hero he'd a delinquent.
