HI Guys,
For tonight's story I am out in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Our story takes place in Ohio in the small town of Cardington. There two teenage boys have a backyard campfire. While enjoying the campfire and the night one of them goes into the woods for firewood. There he sees something down in the ravine that changes his life and gives them a night of terror!

Haha… sasquatch sitting nearby listening to Chris’s story, intrigued as much as we are. Then Chris mentions the name “Sasquatch” and then Sasquatch realizes that the story is about him. Then Sasquatch, sad that he is not able to speak human, thinks “ i have a few stories to tell about humans” as he slinks quietly away.

The only thing creepier than finishing a night hike and finding a vehicle next to yours in a dark parking lot is finishing a night hike and coming across someone at the trailhead who is walking without a flashlight and they don't exchange a greeting!

Chris, your stories always amaze me!!! The first story about the boy is awesome. I've always thought that Bigfoot is harmless unless perhaps provoked. It's strange about kids. Alot of them see what we don't. It's like these phenomenon are drawn to kids. I will never forget my 4 yr. Old granddaughter went into my kitchen and came into the living room and said with a super serious face " Nana, there's a witch in your kitchen". She wasn't afraid, just curious. She also would say she felt someone was watching her. I can't explain it but strange things do happen. I'm so glad that you talk about these things because I feel something is out there that we really don't know about or figure out. You're a great outdoorsman and story teller! As you were walking to your truck, I kept saying, hurry Chris!!! 😅😅 it looked soo spooky!. Thanks Chris for making us excited to see you! You're the best. Stay safe out there and enjoy this beautiful country of ours! ❤

I live in Ohio, not too far from Cardington, and I met a Bigfoot hunter, the next county to the east, who had an experience as a child meeting with a Bigfoot while mushroom hunting. He had looked up from the ground to see a Bigfoot standing in front of him. He dropped his bag of mushrooms but was frozen with fear. He said the Bigfoot picked up the bag, took out a mushroom , ate it, and handed the bag back to him. That's what motivated this guy to gather evidence of Bigfoot as an adult.

Hi Chris, I was so happy to see your Video Pop Up. I have to hand it to you. You’re Brave to go out at Night in the Forest to tell us these Stories. I’ve been a Hunter my whole Life, but I still get a little uneasy at Night going through the Woods. That was really interesting about the Little Boy with Autism seeing a Bigfoot. He did a great Job on his Drawings. Thanks for relaying the Boys Stories to us. I hope you carry some protection with you out in the Woods by yourself. I grew up in Ohio probably around an hour and a half from Columbus in Gallia county. Good story Chris. And you are mighty brave to tell these stories and then walk out of the forest, let alone stay and camp. Be safe 😊

His drawings are pretty right on , I've seen two , they were together . One was much younger and would have looked like Sages interpretation . The other was very black and looked different , had a white chest . His eyes did glow , but not red . A green turquoise.

Amy's story update: I think the 'squatch and the boy were able to communicate due to his autism. Some Bigfoot stories make mention of their ability to communicate telepathicly and perhaps due to the boy's autism he was able to understand it clearly. We, as people, have a very limited understanding of the autistic mind so maybe it's possible.

Hi Chris. I think I needed to hear a good story today. I watch live raptor nest cams on RU-vid as a hobby. The bald eagle camera I watch just lost a day-old eaglet. I guess I get too emotionally involved in these birds' lives. Backing away from it for a little bit and listening to a wonderful scary story from Chris.

I grew up on my grandparents' farm near Mt. Gilead and Cardington...we had beef cows, hens, and two roosters at all times on this large farm with two large barns...my grandpa would get so upset when his hens came up missing plus a few of his roosters disappeared as well...he spent a lot of money on some of these roosters over time cuz he would show them at the county fair every year, and yes they were beautiful and came in first place many times...so he put up security lights everywhere and locked his hens up at night doing a double tap in an enclosure within the barn also the animal feed came up missing a few times along with things from our large garden...sometimes at night the beef cows would make a ruckus and he would get his shotgun and a huge flashlight but always said he never saw anything...then he told my grandma and I that we were never allowed to go into the barns by ourselves for any reason unless he was with us, we never did understand why...and he always went to the barns with a shot gun slung over his shoulder, when I asked my grandma why he was doing this she replied "it's a man thing" and we giggled...this sighting explains a lot of things now...wow coming full circle here in Ohio lol...

Amy thank you for sharing this beautiful and extremely informative drawing that Sage drew. I’m an intuitive empath and you probably already know that Sage is extremely empathic. Meaning he feels everything around him. That’s why autistic kids are so sensitive. They’re connected to everything including the in between realms. Don’t let this scare you. Grounding will help balance him and give him peace. Helps to remove anxiety. Grounding is a good thing for children with autism!! Playing outside esp on ground near trees plants. Having a pet can help them ground also and process their emotions. God bless Tiffany

Hi. I am sitting here at home, listening to your stories. I can't help but keep turning my head around, looking into the back of my house. Need to stop watching when it gets dark outside. The other evening, I hadn't noticed but my cat came quietly up beside me, his whiskers rubbed up against my ankle just as your story got real intense, and I almost jumped out of my chair. Your fireside stories are the best.
