I didn’t understand what this meant at first, until I got to the end of the first story… it’s true, he had his life taken from him at 22. Life incarcerated is a different type of death.
Imagine being sentenced to jail without committing a crime, it is so unfair. I wonder why this witnesses are so adamant as if they hold a grudge against spencer.
Sending someone to the chair twice is just insane that is most definitely cruel and unusual punishment, as the lawyers tried to argue. It’s hard to believe the judge could really feel otherwise, it was just an ego thing for him and the prosecutors..
To the woman in the first video: If you refused to back down on your testimony against an innocent person, then you officially earned yourself a permanent stay in a jail cell along with a fake judge who refused to help free an innocent person the first time.
I love how Americans love their constitution when it comes to things like guns and saying offensive things. The constitution is soon forgotten when it comes to dishing out cruel and unusual punishments and religion in public school. It appears the constitution is only important when it is convenient.
