I know your due dates coming closer girl 😭❤️ I hope everything goes well ! Please please bring extra sandals to shower with, and please don’t forget to bring chapstick 😭 I used the nipple cream because they didn’t have chapstick and my lips HURT ! Once you give birth ask for an “abdominal binder” which is like a bind/ waist trainer for your stomach, it’s not as tight because it’s usually used for moms after c sections❤️ I asked for one even though I didn’t have one and it really helped slim my stomach down within a few weeks. Also ask for heating pads to place on your back when your getting contractions ❤️ it helps a lot ! Try hiding a camera a few hours before your fully dilated to record your birth, even if you don’t share it w/ anybody it’s an amazing thing to save and look back to ❤️Try having a small meal before going to the hospital because all they feed you is ice chips for hours 😭One more thing keep your hospital bags ready in the car, I didn’t have anything ready and I had my baby girl in my bathroom ! I know scary but I waited too long and didn’t have anything ready, it helps when your ready to go 😭 I know this was long but I hope this helps ! ❤️ it’s some things I wish I knew before I had my babies

Hi Audrey! I read a piece of information that said letting your hair air dry is the worst thing to do because wet hair for a long time caused damage to the hair capillaries as they were open and it was very easy to break them. That is why it is also not good to comb wet hair or leave it wet to air dry. It is best to dry it with a towel and then use cold air from the dryer.
